Many firms still hire an Executive Assistant as if it were an administrative role. At the level we recruit for, it is something else entirely.
A strategic EA decides what reaches the person they support and what does not. They manage who gets that person's time, protect client relationships, and keep business development, travel and firm commitments running in the background.

Time and again, she saw law firms struggle to find Executive Assistants who could operate at the level their senior partners and firm leaders need. She founded EA Search Legal to close that gap, bringing the same standard of search to US law firms.
Every search is handled personally by Faith, from the first conversation to the day your new EA starts. She takes on a limited number of searches at a time, so each one gets her full attention.
